Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlamaSentry Telegram Bot ("Bot"), owned and operated by FlamaTech Consulting LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. Introduction​

FlamaSentry is a Telegram bot designed to provide moderation and analytics functionality for Telegram groups and channels. It supports features such as spam filtering, rule enforcement, member tracking, and statistical insights. The Bot also includes premium features that offer enhanced capabilities, such as advanced analytics, custom filtering options, and additional moderation tools. FlamaSentry can be used in both public and private Telegram groups where it has administrative permissions.

3. Pricing​

The FlamaSentry bot is currently free to use for all Telegram groups.

4. Data Privacy and Security​

The Bot collects and processes the following Telegram user data:

  • Telegram user ID
  • Telegram username (if available)
  • Telegram first name
  • Telegram chat ID
  • Message content

This data is used strictly for moderation functionality and statistical analytics. Data is stored securely on GDPR-compliant infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, VPS). We retain data for a maximum of six (6) months unless legally required to retain it longer.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property​

The FlamaSentry Bot, its code, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of FlamaTech Consulting LTD. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Bot without explicit permission.

6. Limitations of Liability​

The Bot is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from the use of the Bot, including moderation actions, data loss, or downtime.

7. User Responsibilities​

You agree to:

  • Not misuse the Bot for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bot functionality
  • Not impersonate others or provide false information
  • Not use the Bot in violation of Telegram’s terms of service

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access to the Bot.

8. Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Bot for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Bot. Users may terminate their subscription at any time; refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription.

9. Amendments​

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of changes through a Telegram message or an update posted on our website. Continued use of the Bot after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malta.
